Gossip, backstabbing, and deception are the orders of the day in this adaptation of the classic film by George Cukor, presented here by an all-female cast. The women of this high society story change husbands like ordinary folks change shirts; they’re bored, and they’ve got money to spare! Watch them spend, snipe, and stoop in this biting satire about privilege and the idle rich.
Our Radio Division’s original interpretation of this story will be brought to life via an ensemble of “radio actors” who vocally portray multiple characters, as well as a crack team of foley artists who use every day items to create live sound effects.
Performed February 23, 2013 at the Little White School Museum.
